INVITATIONS
- Order invitations at least six months before your wedding.
- You have to decide the numbers of guests (plus extras) you will have - the formality of your wedding, the theme, the date, site of ceremony (name and address), and site of reception.
- The proper names (titles) of the hosts and to know if your guests are invited to both ceremony and reception.
- The invitation will set the tone for your wedding. It will cue in guests to the formality or the theme chosen.
Chose at the same time:
- enclosure cards (if needed) (pew cards, place cards, response cards, separate ceremony card, directions cards)
- thank you scrolls (a little poem thanking the guests for attending the wedding)
- thank you cards
- wedding programs
You can have your envelopes for response cards pre-addressed by the company as well as a return address on your invitation envelopes. Be sure to have the complete address when you place your order.
Ask for the invitation, envelope and enclosures to be proof-read before the final order. Read it carefully and point out anything wrong on it. Do it again when you pick up your order.
