CATERERS
- Call those guests who did not respond to your formal invitation.
- Most caterers charge the full amount for children, so you will have to count each child as a guest when you give a head count.
- It would be a nice gesture to count a meal for your wedding coordinator, the musicians, photographer, or any other special guest.
- Check out the menu and equipment. You could also ask for degustations.
