Order Form - Printing Instructions

In order to make your shopping experience safe and easy, Mariage Montreal offers you a personalized ordering service. First, print the order form by simply clicking on the appropriate button found at the bottom of each of the catalog pages and print the current page it opens. It is important that the contact information be filled on paper. You can then close the form page and return to the catalog.
Each order is confirmed by phone before it is sent. Deliveries may be picked up at our offices with no extra charge. Residents of Montreal and surroundings can have the order delivered for an added 15.00$. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Orders are payable in cash upon delivery or pickup, or by check addressed to the order of Marriage Montreal. GST and PST are not included in the catalog prices.
